Contingent Search


Targeted search for all position levels. We believe there are no small roles when it comes to a high performing team and it shows in our work. Based on performance, fees are earned when results are delivered.

Priority Search


Contingent search from a retained perspective. Our priority search service is ideal for key hires, typically Manager-level or above, that require urgency without compromising quality. An upfront engagement fee allows for additional resources and higher priority level without the commitment of a retained search.
